If you insists on that, do you also insist there can be no no difference between 'God Everlasting' and 'Everlasting Father'? Why are you not first questioning the more obvious 'And he will… ' which more clearly is a pure choice of some translator or other, as against 'He will…' Many another opinion is available, and mine is that this Question is at best vexatious. Who, here, thinks me mistaken? | |

An alternate translation footnote says wonderful. If this angel was a Christophany then Wonderful should stand alone as you presented. King James got it right . New King James made a mistake. | |

(which the NKJV partially follows). Robert Young does similar in his Literal Translation : Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace. | |
