Apr 30, 2022 at 4:48 comment added Rajesh @SpiritRealmInvestigator "nor of other people's writing styles" Oh no, I'm fine with other people's writing styles. My edits are really only suggestions, since it is his answer, and he can roll back to the original anytime he wants. But, generally, tautologies are considered to be a fault in style. "it looks like you are not too fond of tautologies" You got that right. I mean, would you like it if I told you to get me some liquid water in a cup? "Take a look at that skyscraper building!" :>> "Perhaps you should post an answer of your own" I don't really have much to say on this subject.

Apr 30, 2022 at 4:36 comment added Rajesh Very interesting answer. I don't agree with everything in it. I think the word of God spoken of in 2 Timothy 3:16 is different from the Word of God that constructed an inhabitable cosmos in Genesis 1:3; the former refers to, well, the scriptures, while the latter refers to the Word of God, who is a person. However, this is a unique perspective. I think the rest of it is very well said. Especially this -- "An honest person's credibility and the full weight of their influence & resources stand behind their word. God is the ultimate example of such a Being" Upvote just for that! Brilliant. :)

"offensive weapon" is a tautology, since all weapons are offensive, by defintion.
