Within the mind of every person is a database of knowledge and experience from which logical inferences can be made. The difference between one person and another is simply the content of the database. Crazy babblers only seem crazy because their brains contain data points that other brains don't. Logical inference is not possible for a brain that lacks the data points of the the Crazy babbler, i.e. if the dots are missing they can't be joined. | |

You'd think that might have clued them in as to who he truly was, but somehow it didn't. I guess they just thought he was a crazy babbler.
