comment Does Exodus explain itself as to why God hardens Pharaoh's heart in chapter 4?
@Caleb that's just as true of lots of other questions on the site, the one Susan linked to being a more extreme example than this one that at least quotes a single verse. Good answers should build up from the text and if the text addresses God's motivations that does not necessarily mean speculative leaps. I would start with Exodus 7:3-5

This seems like a perfectly good, on topic question to me.

comment Was Jesus’ commandment to “love enemies” (Matthew 5:43) meant literally?
@H3br3wHamm3r81 it could be hyperbole, and other commands in the Sermon on the Mount usually are read that way. Of course I don't think it is hyperbole, but it isn't axiomatically literal.

revised What is being “judged” in 2 Corinthians 5:10?
added English text and changed link to ESV (because it's easy for me to get ESV in markdown form and NASB doesn't seem to have come from the OP)

comment Who were the Nicolaitans and why did Jesus hate their deeds?
It's from 1Cor8, the beginning of the train of thought about food sacrificed to idols. I don't think Paul meant it any differently than Irenaeus did. I think Irenaeus also was only concerned about those who knowingly ate food sacrificed to idols with indifference. See this page from a book on Google books for example.
