Cor meum tibi offero, Domine, prompte et sincere. —Jean Cauvin
For how great is his goodness, and how great his beauty! —Zechariah 9:17 (ESV)
The birthdate I entered is farcical, as I prefer not to identify myself in any way publicly online, but the age is in the ballpark.

Is Ecclesiastes a book of negative wisdom? The summary argument is powerful. If it is a book of negative wisdom, that is an incongruent statement tacked on the end as if to recover from a book that was a little too gloomy... and how does that jive with inerrancy? Not very well. |

How can the sacrifice of one animal atone for many? @Qoheleth-Tech The question of the relation of theology and exegesis is one of the central tensions of this site (since it centers more or less around one text, but has includes people with many diverse theologies). |

How can the sacrifice of one animal atone for many? @Joseph Yes, Hebrews is the book to bring to bear here (and I bet that it is actually the source of the question as well). See my answer (my first answer on this site in months), which though it does not cite Hebrews, is essentially an exposition of its theology. |

What does UNDER THE SUN relate to in Ecclesiastes? Ope, too late for me to flag it correctly—but if this question were cleaned up it would still be an duplicate of this one anyway. |

What does UNDER THE SUN relate to in Ecclesiastes? More like "God sees it" than what? This question reads a little like a rant, which is okay for a forum but not for Q&A site like this. If you are asking a genuine question, you need to reduce the amount of argument in your question—or add counterargument. Then, you are allowed to post an answer to your own question. Though I would caution you that answers which do not cite specific parts of the text and show contextually why you think they mean what they do are unlikely to be favored on an exegetical site. |

Does Paul refer to his past or present evil/sin in Romans 7 You seem to be equivocating on "flesh". What exactly do you mean by it? |
